This blog is operated by NukyLabs LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). NukyLabs LLC is an AI automation and fractional CTO service for founders. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you visit this blog at blog.nukylabs.com. Our main website is nukylabs.com.

Information we collect
Comments
When visitors leave comments on the blog, we collect the data shown in the comments form, along with the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help with spam detection. An anonymized string created from your email address (a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to check whether you are using it.
Media
If you upload images to the blog, avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included, as visitors can download and extract that data from images on the site.
Information you provide
If you contact us, subscribe to updates, or request a consultation through this blog or our main site, we may collect your name, email address, company details, and the content of your message.
Automatically collected information
When you visit the blog, we may automatically collect your IP address and approximate location, browser type and version, device and operating system information, pages visited and time spent, and referral sources, through cookies and similar technologies.
Cookies
If you leave a comment you may opt in to saving your name, email address, and website in cookies, for your convenience so you do not have to fill in your details again. These cookies last for one year. If you have an account and log in, we set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies, and further cookies to save your login information and screen display choices.

Articles on this blog may include embedded content (for example videos, images, or articles). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor had visited the other website. Who we share your data with

How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely so we can recognize and approve follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue. For users who register on the blog, we store the personal information they provide in their user profile; users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Blog administrators can also see and edit that information.

- Business and payment records: up to 7 years for tax and legal compliance
What rights you have over your data
If you have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, and you can request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to access, correct, restrict, or object to our processing of your personal data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request its deletion, and to non-discrimination for exercising these rights. We do not sell personal information.

Data security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit (SSL/TLS), access controls, and regular updates. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
International data transfers
NukyLabs LLC is a United States based company and primarily processes data in the United States. Where data is transferred internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
Children’s privacy
This blog is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
